Are there any grants I could claim to help make my garden better? I have a wall at the bottom which is unsafe so I blocked it off with fence panels but these are now on there last legs and I cant afford new ones, also the drop between my garden and the naughty neighbours is about 2-3 foot (mines the highest) there is a concrete wall type thing seperating us but they have fencing up in front of the wall but its all diff sizes so makes it difficult for me to give it any height.
