Well the inspector came today and it was fine.
She was impressed with my paper work and the training I had done, also with how we had improved the garden and my plans for future improvement.
She had some recommendations. I haven't got a log for visitors so she said I should make one, also the CSSIW like you to have their number on your statement of purpose in case of complaints. I had it on my complaints procedure but needed to put it there also.
I also need to put how many children I was registered down on statement of purpose too.
Other than that she was happy - she also said I should apply to be recognised as "an early years provider" which would mean another inspection from eystyn ( sorry can't spell )but then I could provide foundation phase
She said I was already implementing the foundation phase so may as well be recognised as such.
(Foundation phase is not compulsory for cms in Wales) she was pleased I had taken it on as good practise.
She also said that most cms and nurseries had spaces because of credit crunch so I was pleased I am full.
Anyway glad its over for a while...I can relax now ;)
Thank you all again fo your wonderful support and advise I don't know where I would be without it xxx
