Can anyone offer anymore examples of parent participation - care commission on the way! Already do daily diaries for each child, monthly newsletters for parents, our childminding group hold social evenings which parents are invited to attend, have daily discussions with parents when dropping off/picking up, have a comment book for parents to complete & I do questionnaires! Anything I have missed?:panic: :panic: :panic:

CC love to see that parents AND children have been involved in your service, so think of ways to prove this. They like to know that parents have been involved in reviewing your policies, and remember to note if you have made any changes following on from feedback from your questionnaires. My CCO wanted to see a participation policy!! Basically write down the ways parents and kids participate.
