I had a lovely inspector who stayed for just under 3 hours.

The children we really good too, which helped:laughing:

I got a good overall with 5 areas of outstanding.

On the new reports there are 3 big sections to be graded on -
overall effectivness split into 3 sections
leadership and managment split int 4 sections
quality and standards split into 7 sections

total of 14 things to be graded on - I got 5 of these as a 1(outstanding) and the other 9 as a 2(good) - so overall a good.

Well done and how do you feel today?

I feel exhausted after mine yesterday - I just stood in the toy store/ play room this morning looking blankly at the toys - just so relieved it is all over -

I can start planning my 25th wedding anniversary party and holiday to Peru now in May. Time to think a bit about me and my family and about having some fun - turned into a bit of a rebel haven't done much paperwork or observations or even the washing up from lunch - instead took the children out for a lovely county walk - because we aren't on stand by anymore!!

Well done on your outstandings - I got all goods - thanks for your explanation on the number of things we are inspected against - I didn't realise it was so many - have to wait for the report now.
