Well after my inspection on Monday where I received good in all areas, I had a telephone call from the inspector today.

She has now decided to give me one outstanding - working in partnership with parents - yippee! :clapping:

At the end of the inspection I did express my disappointment at not receiving any outstandings as I believed in a couple of areas I probably deserved one. Looks like some of what I said did the trick!! :)

So it's always worth challenging gradings at the inspection!! ;)

I agree 100% well done. I hope this wasn't to stop you complaining and looking for more outstandings.

I don't think so. I have the feeling that this particular inspector is reluctant to award outstandings unless she has masses of evidence to back it up.

When I receive the report I will write a letter, outlining my disappointment at the inspector's inability to give me guidance on how I can move up to outstanding levels.

Well OFSTED keep banging on about raising standards and improving children's outcomes!!
They need to help me put that into practice!!! ;)
