Not sure if this is right place but i was wondering if anyone can help.

I am trying to find the cm2 form for my mom and dad as they will be around alot this yr but lookin at ofsteds website i can only find a EY2

Is this the same form and the one that they need to fill in???? Help pls

Yes, the new name for it under EYFS is EY2. Generally for anyone living or working on the premises. Something like 24 pages long though!
