of getting my neighbour registered as my assistant, getting variations to cover when she is here, so i can have more children and the 10/11 months i have been thinking about/worrying about what i would do to deal with being over my numbers, finding someone to be my assistant ....

one of my children has changed his hours and from April, i won't need an assistant !!!!

luckily, my neighbour is not put out, and is happy to just work this month! she is going to stay registered as my assistant, so, should i need her in the future, she is 'ready to go' !!! plus she now has an up to date crb check, and peadiatric first aid !!! i'm disapointed, as i was looking forward to working with her, but i can't afford to pay her without the extra child! plus the child who has changed his hours, has also reduced his hours by half.

from the moment i posted the form, to the day i got the approval letter ... about 2 1/2 mths. having spoken to ofsted though, it is dependant upon how long the CRB takes, and they can't chase crb, until 60 days have passed!
