For those who read my long rant last week about Ofsted I have today had my inspection (despite telling them I was only working Thurs and Fri this week!)

Loved my paperwork - said I was doing more than I need to. Pulled me up on:-

Risk Assessment - have to log exactly the time frame each area needs to be reviewed.

Fire Evacuation - need to log the actual time it takes to undertake drill.

So unofficially it is a good - she said it would have been an outstanding if I'd had no action points so am very pleased. My report will reflect how impressed she was and she wished she could give me a high good.

Plus they have granted my variation.
