Omg... how pants is their customer service :angry:. I've been on hold for almost 15 minutes now trying to find out where my registration pack is! I need my contracts!!!!!! Have given up!!

Haven't had the misfortune of needing to ring them yet but absolutely hate being put on hold I FEEL YOUR PAIN! :laughing:

Thats a shame - I have always found them to be fine and quite efficient - perhaps i have been lucky.

I have recently found their online shop which helps as i always remember i needed to order something after they are shut.

By the way the stickers they have for identifying the six areas of learning are fab - i use them all the time in the kids daily diaries to show that the areas are covered. It lookds colourful for the kids too and is a talking point with the parents. £3.99 for about 100 stickers.

keep trying, i found it better to call 2.30 ..as people go to get schoolies round then (depending how far from school)
