Well my inspection's this week but all she said was one morning this week and if i'm not there by 12 you can go out!

it's 11.57 so i assume she's not coming today! gutted! i'm all ready and i don't know how long i'll be able to keep my house this clean!

also i don't think my health will cope with the stress for much longer. i feel sick and have a permenant headache!

let's hope she comes tomorrow!

Been there - two weeks ago i was inspected and spent a whole day waiting - the longest day of my life!

Well remember they phoned me the other Sunday Well they have not been yet! :panic:

I was told anyime in the next 2 wks, friday just gone was the final day of the 2 wks!

guess I got forgotten again, knowing my luck she will turn up this wk.

Thats awful, expecting you to stay in for so long.

I was given 3 dates and told that if she wasnt there by 10.30 on each day then she wasnt coming and she turned up on the last date at 9.30am.

I dont know why they do this to childminders, Schools and nurseries are given specific dates as to when they are going to be inspected. As soon as I got the call I blitzed the house and sorted out all the paperwork and was ready and waiting.

The stress really doesnt help either, I lost nearly half a stone and had lots of disturbed nights sleep stressing about the visit and it was fine, she was lovely and I felt a relief as soon as she left.

Hope yours doesnt take too long to get here, try not to stress, I am sure you will be fine xx

Does anyone know if the inspector will come out with you if you have planned to go out - or do you have to have 2 lots of planning one incase they come and one incase they don't.

I don't do any school runs but go out either to toddlers, for a walk in the countryside, to the park most days - all of which is on my planning sheets - obviously weather permitting.

OMG! Had my inspection this week. Inspector phoned Monday and said she would be coming weds, thurs or frid but also said if she wasn't there for 9.45 am I could go out! I mean, by 12.00 my mindees are ready for lunch and a nap! The very best of luck when she does come. I am sure you will be fine.:thumbsup:
