have spent all yesterday on the computer filling in my self assesment grading for the care commission, she will be visiting for my inspection by the 17th march although i know of another childminder that was meant to have an inspection in feb and hasnt had it yet.

found it really hard to grade myself as the way it is done is different this year. gave myself mainly 5's. didnt want to bum myself up too much for her to put the mark down when she comes.
thats it sent off now so will just have to sit and wait for her markings, can get all the paperwork put away now until she comes.:clapping: :clapping: :clapping:

So glad I'm not the only person mad enough to be up so early on a Sunday morning (6am alarm anyone?). Just completed my Ofsted Self Assessment form ready for my Inspection one day this week. Finally ready - let them come!

Well done you!! That's the biggest job out the way. The SEF took me 12 hours to fill in and I still have to type it up and submit it:eek:

Mine took about 20 hours to do!!!! I kept accidently deleting the stupid thing:angry: I had my inspection on Weds and the Inspector thought it was fantastic, so at least I didnt do it for nothing:)
