I got the Ofsted call they are coming to inspect me sometime next week. Guess I will be busy for the rest of the week double checking my paperwork and of course reading all the old posts to get tips on inspections.
Knew it would happen soon as they have been phoning me every two months since reg'd to see if I had any kids yet. She did congratulate me on having a full time mindee though she said it seemed quite rare for childminders.

Good luck, I'm sure you will be fine. All my under 5's are full time at mo and most of my friends that are minders have full timers as well. Could be for your area.

Let us know how you get on.

Good luck.

Yes it is kind of rare to have a full timer I suppose. I haven't had a full timer yet, except in the school hols.

I do like my part timers though

What if you have an answerphone? Can't escape then! What's the earliest anyone has been inspected from being registered?

Thanks for all your replies.

I thought about saying that I have no mindees when I was thinking about it the other day but as usual I go into Ofsted is on the phone panic and start speaking the truth.
In a way I am glad to be getting it over with.
