Phew am I glad that it is over!
My mindees were really good and my own two... OMG could have killed them!
But I kept my cool and did not bite when they played up.
We all mad paly dough when they arrived. The kitchen was in a god omighty mess.
I think all in all I am graded GOOD. If I would not have made a couple of silly mistakes I would have been OUTSTANDING.

So a little tip from me....
1) Make sure EVERYTHING is signed by parents absolutelly EVERYTHING (I forgot to get a medication slip signed)
2) NEVER EVER share a towel or let your own children share a towel with the mindees. Every mindee should have their own towel. Unless they are brother and sister
3) NEVER EVER use your own lotions and potions on the children. Parents have to provide everything even ibuprofen or calpol. I thought as they get it at home and it is the same make as the one I use on my kids it should be fine.. NO NOT FINE
4) Soooo stupid really... Include poison plants on your outings risk assessment
how you would deal with it and and and
Because I have been soooo silly and worried about OFSTED I forgot to look at some of the above. There for I may only get a SATISFACORY for Health and Safety.

Thank you all for all you do in this forum. WIthout you all I would not even have got a satisfactory
