If i took on a child 1 pm till 330pm twice a week every other week, someone suggested i could get a variation. What is a variation?

It means a variation to what your certificate says- maybe to have an extra child say 4 under 5 instead of 3 under 5.
Usually only given to help out twins siblings or continuity of care if someones needs change.
Hope i've made sense if not ask! xx

I probably wouldn't get one then for this little girl if i had 2 more come along. I see, thank you.
