I'd give them a quick phone call. I have always found them to be really helpful :D

I gave them a call and found out that it was when i applied online for insurance a different system is used to the one that runs the shop. This then means there is a few hours delay in the shop recognising that i am a policy holder.

Hope by tomorrow i can order a few things :)
