Ps. I have always had a good response from Ofsted whenever I've neede to ask anything, but made me giggle.

I had this too, then they sent me a huge quesionnaire to fill in......I was laughing so much when they gave me the options.
The lady says everyone finds it funny!

Omg! you should have said you cant grade them without seeing them with a customer!:laughing: Oh yes, and you'd need at least 2 hours with them to decide and could you see their paperwork too!

Thats brilliant Breezy:clapping: though don't forget thet we would need to see risk assessments, understanding of and interaction with the customer and to fine toothcomb through their policies..

I couldn't answer this directly.
I would need to do at least 25 categories to summarize an overall grading.
Before that I would need to to a risk assessment on "How would this affect my next grading" and policy on working with other professionals!
