I need to put in a variation request for a mum who wants to increase her days from 2 to 4 a week. This will mean that I will be over my number by one child on two days a week. It doesnt start until June and then another mum is going on maternity leave so will only be for one month - not sure where to start? :)

Im sure they wont have a problem with it as it is for continuation of care and only for such a short time.

Just write and give them as much detail as you can, outlining what children you would have each day, and how you will meet all their needs. The more info you put the better!!!
