One for every room of your house... one for your garden... one for every type of outing... one for activities... one for cleaning stuff (COSHH)... one for children if they help with cooking etc... one for anywhere children are not allowed to go... one for your car including car paperwork...
I think that's about it :D

Shouldn't that be - What risk assessments do we NOT need?
I even have one for my Christmas Tree!!! Hubby thought I was a bit extreme but my network coordinator thought it was excellent.
At my last inspection (Sept 08) Ofsted said have them for everything as Sara says, even a copy of the local playgroups risk assessment etc
