Went to W.W meeting this morning and I've put on 3 lbs :eek:

Have been going since october and have only lost a stone ( I know its o.k but looking at how well some of you are doing after just 1 month etc I feel very ashamed of myself ). Think I have hit THE WALL! Can't stop eating and drinking.

NOTE TO SELF - PULL YOURSELF TOGETHER WOMAN!!!!!!!!!!

I am weak :(

have been like a yo-yo this last couple of months

why dont you join the feel good factor which is advertising on itv,for every lb you lose people can sponser you 10p per 1 lb etc and the moeny you raise will go to a charity of your chose, register on itv web site, i am doing it,give it a go it lasts for 8 wks but you could carry on after and do another 8wks for sponsers.
