I have put an ad on gumtree and ive had lots of interest. i have been emailing one person and they are crb checked and first aid trained. she is a ofsted registered nanny aswell. what do i need to do now???

Contact Ofsted and ask them if the cRB is still current enough and they will direct you to your next steps.
