Is anyone still waiting for their certificate to be replaced? I had a letter in August saying I'd get a new one in the coming months but it still hasn't turned up. I'm a little concerned as I didn't receive an eyfs pack either and now I wonder have I disappeared;)

I'm planning to ring them tomorrow but just wondered was anyone else in the same boat?

Yes I have a new cerificate, but I got that in September when I had to change details regarding ratios/my own kids.

Regarding your EYFS pack - its the dcsf who distribute them not Ofsted, you need to give them a call to get one

Thanks, I've got the pack now thanks to the fab girls on the forum. Maybe it's just a Norfolk thing! Everything seems to be slower here!
