Just went on the website to check what my latest details said and I was gone! Kaput! Disappeared. Apparently I hadnt given permission to be on there! Funny that as they ring us once a month to get our latest vacancies and so I was there 2 weeks ago and have been since it started. :rolleyes:

So warning to you all - keep checking they havent deleted you by mistake. Could explain any lack of calls. :(

I blasted my local CIS yesterday - all my details are wrong including vacancies and I also queried as to why it only seems to be a certain few minders whos details are being given out.

They huffed and puffed a bit and then said I haven't updated my details etc.... then I really put a flea in their ear when I told them that I am the vacancy co-ordinator for my area (I collect the vacancy details once a month and 6montly I get a full details update from the minders) and then that gets fed back to CIS. They couldn't argue with me as I have kept all my records:D

My details are on system but whoever typed it has obviously never heard of spelling check cos it is full of errors. Just hope parents don't think that I typed it!!

Jules, I'd give them a ring and politely ask them to amend it.

I have to say ours are really good. You just have to email any changes and it is updated overnight.

We can give loads of details too.

A friend who is a Minder in Cumbria can only give them opening hours.
