I was disappointed to find this morning that Verbaudet are not going to honour the oder I placed yesterday for the black rag doll for a pound. Did anyone actually manage to get one, or have they deffed us all out?

This company did that to me before over something else.

They just refused to ship my order and refunded me. :(

I got confirmation yesterday that it had been shipped out the warehouse and would be with me in the next 5 days.

I put two seperate orders in for them - 1 boy and 1 girl.

I received the boy this morning, unfortunately they sent an email to say they wouldn't be sending the girl.

It's a lovely doll, great value for a £1.
