I've had THE call!! About time too!! My last inspection was July 2005!!

She telephoned as I was clearing up after our evening family meal and my 13 month year old was screaming blue murder!! She asked if it was a good time to 'phone ( is there ever a 'good time' to hear from OFSTED?!!) and I explained it was only my own son....so no worries!!

She asked me if I have heard about the SEF! Heard about it?! Spent hours, no days, filling it in! She sounded surprised when I told her that I had already submitted one - hope that earns me brownie points!!

She will be coming sometime week beginning 9th March so time to prepare!!
To be honest I feel so relieved in a weird kinda way! :)

Any top tips welcome!!

I got a call from Early years last February saying that Ofsted were likely to come before the end of April last year as they were trying to fit people in who were due in the summer earlier because of the training of inspectors ready for Sept 08 changes. Well i got myself all worked up as you can imagine and 12 months later i am still waiting!!

Hope mine comes soon as fed up with waiting every week for the call. At least it will be over and done with.
