I would do every day things that you would normally be doing anyway to be honest
I know it can be difficult
Do you have any mirrors they always go down a treat with little ones
Let the child look in the mirror and play peek a boo
Get a small scarf and cover the mirror - then encourage the child to take the scarf away and shout boo!
Make it more interesting by putting a bit of yogurt onto the babys face ie nose etc - show them in the mirror then show them how to wipe it off
Link to personal, social and emotional development
What about getting lots of small blankets and safe pillows and cushions and some large soft toys
Encourage baby to hide under them , cover their head a little at a time to encourage them to get underneath
Take turns with the baby and make sure you say babys name a lot
Encourage baby to join in
Link to physical development
Music is always a great idea
Play some nursery rhymes - do you have any instruments ?
Let the baby listen and bang on some instruments - even an old bowl and a wooden spoon will work wonders.
Dance with baby in your arms - swing him gently around
Sit him on the floor and encourage him to copy you
Stroke babys feet and hands when you sing - hold his hands encourage him to clap
Link to personal ,social and emotional development
What about a treasure basket ? Really simple and cheap to make with lots of noisy objects for baby - even just noisy toys will do
Let baby investigate giving the baby time to explore etc
By providing a range of every day objects you will show how you are stimulating him
Link to Knowledge and Understanding of the world
Use your imagination with every day things that you are already doing
Dont panic im sure you will be fine
Good luck

I had an 11mth old here yesterday for my inspection and tbh we mostly just played with some of the toys I had out, had lots of cuddles and looked at books. I also had the ball pit out for him. The inspector was really impressed that I was allowing him to lead the way and access what he wanted to and taking it from there rather than having anything 'planned'. I also had a 3yr old and 2yr old here and the same applied to them.
Good luck, Im sure you'l be fine
