After finally feeling ready to access online and fill in, I tried yesterday afternoon, only to find that the web address given by Ofsted no longer works. Not to be put off I rang the number quoted on the same paperwork for Ofsted SEF helpline, to be told he couldn't help me, it wasn't his department and they had all gone into a meeting:laughing: :laughing: He then went on to give me the same number that I'd already rung, when I told him this he just said 'Oh they must have put it on divert to me'!!!!!!!!!
Why do they manage to fill us with dread just at their name when they are not outstanding themselves :D

I waqs asked to ring back, but once I got stuck into making my chilli adn chatting with my older girls the time had passed. I managed to get on the site and I do have my 'magic keycode' :laughing: but didn't know what my username was. The not so clued up guy on the phone said this would be my registration number, but this didn't work. Will try again later and let you know how I get on.

Well I managed to start to fill in my SEF online yesterday. The web address we were originally given doesn't work anymore and you have to sign on using a Government Gateway ID. Ofsted very helpful. Yes that's right Ofsted were very helpful!!:D
Even stayed on the phone while I set my ID up,didn't really need this, quite good on a computer but great for anyone who is a little unsure.
Feel I've reached a milestone and only filled in a few bits, but it's a start
