Variations are usually given for siblings or to provide continuity of care.

You need to outline why you need the variation and how you would cope with all the children - things like sleeping, travelling, toys, meeting their individual needs etc

You must include the names and dates of birth of all the children and when they attend your setting.

Good luck

Charlie28 if you are in Leeds you need to send it to Manchester, however I would ring them first as they like you to fill in their official form (I had to do this just before Christmas and there is no point doing it twice). The No. is 08456 404040 ask for registration support team. The address is Ofsted, North 3rd Floor, Royal Exchange Buildings, St Ann's Square, Manchester, M2 7LA
