Have ofsted this week so have just been sorting stuff for them to look through. So far on my table I have:

Policies folder
Network file
Kids records
Accident book
Register
Parent and child feedback forms
Photo album
Newsletters
Local paper where we were featured in an article :thumbsup:
Compliments and complaints file
Health and safety file ( with risk assessments, fridge temps etc)
Car documents
Child protection literature I have collected together, and other relevent publications
Scrap books and learning journeys
My personal work diaries
Kids daily diaries
Box with selection of diversity toys in
Sample ID card and embroidered t shirts and high viz vests

I plan on having a slide show running on the tv ( if I can get it to work :laughing: ), my playroom is set up for Chinese New Year and I will have a selection of favourite activities for the kids out. If they come tomorrow I am to drop one mum a text as she is off and wants to come and sing my praises :D

You don't mention the Ofsted contact poster... is that up and do parents know where it is?

yep, thats on a notice board by the front door, along with info lealets on keeping kids healthy, paying for childcare etc,weekly menu and routine, my certificate and my network certificate.

just realised i havent dug out crb forms yet so better do that too.

Not sure if you need to show her anything about R.A's??? Also what about a fire drill record if you have one?? :)

Thanks everyone.

She hasnt turned up today so looks like it'll be tomorrow now. At least I know for sure, but am disappointed as I was all geared up for today :(
