I am in the middle of writing to ofsted to request a variation, I have written everything I think I need to such as times, days, why I want it, equipment I have, continuity of care and all that.

What I need help is is how to end it, I have just come to the end of writing about sleep times and this will shorten the times I have 4 children and don't know how to sign off. I have put if you need more information please contact me but it just seems to not finish properly

Please can someone help, I was gonna put it would be sad to lose this child but I didn't think it appropriate.

During the time I have looked after this child, we have bonded well and the parents are delighted with the level of care I offer. I know that I am more than capable of meeting each child's individual needs if you grant me this variation.
