I am ready for my inspection tomorrow apart from one thing and that is the service statement. Does anyone know what one is please as I haven't got a clue?

I've never heard of it either. Where have you heard of it from or who told you about it?

Oh yes! I saw that and ignored it because I didn't know what it meant!
I imagine it's something to do with your welcome booklet and showing when you are available etc.

I think it went okay but they need to come again when I have under 5's here. I'm going to post about it now in my other thread :)

Never heard of a service statement, I do have nice little leaflets advertising my service, but Ofsted didn't ask for anything like that when they came just before xmas. Still got Outstanding so I wouldn't worry about it
