Hi, I have been asked if anyone has had a questionnaire or checklist sent out to them from OFSTED prior to any inspection? If anyone has and can let me have a copy of it for a meeting I am attending on Saturday 24th January? Please pm me if you can help.

You get a copy of the booklet about being ready for your inspection ... and there's the Sef to complete.

What else are you thinking about? :D

I don't really know Sarah, I was just asked by Support Childminder Officer if anyone had seen or had one and would we take it to support minding meeting on Saturday if we had. I am in the dark, just thought I would ask to see if any of the ladies who have had a recent inspection knew anything about it.:( :( :(

We used to be sent Parent Questionaires by OFSTED proir to our inspections you gave to the parents to fill in and return. They were rubbish though and when I had my inspection last Jan I was told they had stopped doing them now.

As part of working with parents we have been advised to devise one of our own so we can get feed back from our parents and of course provide evidence for Ofsted.

Hope this throws some light on the question.
