I'm trying to add an avatar which is 95x89 and it says it's too big. I don't know how to work out the size of the kb so would someone be kind enough to help me please? :)

You can have an avatar 100 x 100 pixels and it must be less than 20 kb in size, so perhaps it is the size in kb that is causing the problem rather than the size dimensions. :)

It is the file size that is the problem - it is 27 kb and the max is 20 kb. :)

You need to reduce the actual file size Dudley, not the pixels. You will need a programme of some kind, not sure what for a PC though, I'm a 'Mac' person.:) Hopefully someone will have an idea.
