Hi
New to the forum...need some advice on this rather large document to be completed for Ofsted. I have no idea where to begin and getting to the point of talking myself out of doing it every night..
Any pointers????:panic:

Question 1 about your house is a good place to start because it gets you into the form without making you think too hard.
Also look at your old Ofsted report or other reports on the Ofsted site. They will give you lots of pointers as to what Ofsted are looking for.
It really is a matter of ploughing through the thing I'm afraid, question by question :D

Hi there, I can't hep with the SEF as only in process of registering and havn't had to do one yet (not looking forward to that joy  ). I have a good friend who is a CM and she says she couldnt have got through hers without the help of Sarah's e-book on SEF. Maybe that would help??

Are they expecting a great big essay for each question or is a one-liner OK?

Hi, It took me 10 hours in total to fill in!! Put as much information on it as you can, it worked for me. Start on page 1 and work your way through bit by bit, remember to be self reflective.( what you do) Good luck.
