UUUghh!

Have just submitted the online SEF & it's really not like me but I found it got me in a really bad mood!

It took ages to complete and it was so repetitive, in fact I got so bored with it that in the end i was giving 1 word answers. I have probably come across like a right arsey teenager (no offence all you lovely teenagers out there - I know there are some)

Maybe it's just me - anyone else got an opinion on it ?

I found it best to do in short chunks on my own computer then upload it when it was finished.

except I can't get on the site to upload but that's another matter

It's ok to say you've answered a question elsewhere as yes you are right it is repetitive.

Hth :D

Well, I am completely fed up of it! The only time I get chance to do it is the weekend and everytime I sit down to do it I can never get on the site because of maintenance. Why do they always do it at the weekend.

Anyway moan over!

My only suggestion is to purchase sarah707 ebook i could never have got it as good without her help.
I had my inspection in the week and my inspector commented on how good my SEF was

Do it on your computer and upload it when you are ready!

That way you can spell check, move things around and not lose your hard work if hte site crashes.

Here are the questions -

Hi all!

Ofsted have always provided a self evaluation form but usually a hard copy just before inspection is due, but now with all the changes what with the EYFS and standards becoming tighter, ongoing self evaluation is regarded as an important aspect, so that we are always reviewing the quality and effectiveness of the setting.

To be honest i'm not sure if it's obligatory, but I thought as it's there I'd have a go - Oh and I happen to have my 3rd Ofsted inspection due! Thought if it means the inspector spends less time here then it's got to be worth it eh!

Thanks for advice Sarah707 - i'll deffo be checking out your ebooks!

Kate
