Don't panic, everything will be okay. I'm not going to submit mine. I'm going to put it into Word so I can change it when I need to and then I will print it off when Ofsted come out :)

Oh you mustn't feel like that!
Stop and have a sort out... first of all put all your papers that are finished in files...
Then make a list of what you've got left to do.
Then take anything off the list that you simply cannot get done in the time scale...
Then go and have a drink of choice (I'll have a wine with you).
Nothing is worth feeling like that for... give yourself a night off and you'll feel so much better tomorrow xx

try not to worry about repeating yourself - my inspector told me that the layout of the SEF really was very repetative and its one of the kinks they'd like to iron out in future.
If I felt that I started to repeat myself too many times I put a phrase like 'I feel like I have already answered this on the previous section and as the previous section my priority for improvement is......' and then copy and paste what i put on the previous section~!!! ;)

Hope you're feeling better this morning :)
I know it's easier said than done but try not to get too stressed - you will be fine and it's simply not worth it!
I was so stressed before my inspection, then my hubby had a heart attack two days later - he always says he had it for me  - I try to be calmer now :D
