MORNING EVERYONE
Does anyone know if i ring ofsed will they tell me if i am due for my inspection or not
i just want to get it over with, its been 2 years this month and i got a good

Yes it's usually 3 years and mine was due months ago and I haven't heard anything as yet.

Its 3yrs if youre registered Good or above my last one was 4mths later than the 3yrs as well so I shuoldnt worry yet. I think I saw something on here this week from someone who had just has inspection that they woulnt see anyone for 5yrs now!!!!!!

There a a number of cms in this area who are up to 6mth over due on inspections. They have been told it is because the inspectors have been doing EYFS training and so inspections are behind.

I don't think they would tell you anyway.
We were told at a network meeting that any contact with Ofsted could trigger an inspection (like asking for a variation) - don't know how true it is but it might be worth ringing them :D

dont scare me like that - i had a variation in december!!!!! aaaahhh! not answering my phone anymore......:panic:

Its usually about the 3 years so i would not be worrying too much ;)
