Oh my god, ofsted just rang and I am getting my inspection next week, feel sick.:panic: I know I am good at my job but am terrified with all the new paperwork and stuff we have to do now. Does anyone know if i am supposed to have a theme or project with my older children (6+),We are doing foods of the world to fall in with Chinese new year, but i dont know if thats ok? Inspector sounded nice tho so thats a positive. Any help would be great if just to calm me down.

What you are already doing sounds fine!
Plus it's always a mistake to do things differently for an inspection, the childrne notice and get confused.
Just relax and show off what you know you can do! :D

It sounds like you have it all covered. If they have been at school all day then I as long as you are providing their basic needs and the opportunity to do what they want to do - relax and fun tim then Ofsted will be happy.
My inspection yesterday she said to me that in "her opinion" she didn't really agree with following EYFS for school aged children as this was being covered at school - as long as they were happy and cared for she was happy. This doesn't mean all inspectors will see it the same way.
I think you will be absolutely fine. Good luck and let us know how it goes.
