Hi everyone, this is my first post, just stumbled across you looking for help on my NVQ4. Been reading loads of posts, and now lost track of what I was doing here!!!

Anyway, wanted to share that I had my Ofsted inspection on Friday and got Outstanding - I am so pleased, as I've worked REALLY hard, had lots of downs and not many ups in my minding career, so feel I really did deserve it. Look forward to reading and posting more!

Well done on your grading. They don't give outstandings out easily.

my last inspection was 5/12/2005, she was due 19/12/08 but cancelled due to sickness. One childminder locally to me had hers in September of the same year as my previous, and is still waiting! So think you have at least 9 months.

I am also doing my last DHC unit 4 too - not sure how I fit it all in, life is very hectic at the mo! Luckily I have 2 hours everyday where all the children are at school and ds is asleep - so that is lunch and coursework time!

to evryone else, thanks for the congrats. The key was taking a lot of time to pull apart the EYFS doc, and then think and devote time to the SEF.
