Do we have to record the temps of meats cooked? If so what do we write other than the date the temp and obviously what meat it was?

It is not an Ofsted requirement.
Some environmental health officers will expect you to record temps of all cooked and cold food.
It is also good practice to be able to prove that what you are serving is safely cooked.
That's all you need to record... date, type of food, temp :D
