Ofsted have finaly shown a degree of sense (just a small one- dont get carried away  ) and granted my variation request
So from next month I will have a new full timer and be approx £500 a month better off :clapping:
Seriously need to pay off some debts so couldnt come at a better time.
Its going to be mad busy here though as I will have my 3 before/after schoolers, an 11mth old on rolling shifts, a 2yr old 3 days a week and a 6mth old every day, as well as my 3yr old and 9yr old
Anyone got and triple buggys recs? :D

A friend of mine uses a double buggy with a sit on board at the back for the older child.
She finds it great! :D

Good for you, I have been sticking to my ratio's exactly and turning away enquiries. Maybe I should ask for a variation to have 4 under 5 instead of 3. As I have been trying to stick to just 3 under 5 and not having after schoolers for easyness.
I am childminding for 1 little boy just for a few hours twice a week - but told the mum once I get a full-timer in I will no longer be able to have her little one as I will be over numbers - so its a temporary thing. But Im sure I could ask for a variation just for about 6 hours a week!
I best get writing:)

I prefer after schoolers - by the time I walk the children home it's 3:30pm and a fair amount of them go home 4:30pm - rather than looking after 1 all day (which I do as well).
Well done on the extra work/extra money :clapping:

Thanks everyone. I'm over the moon. I know it'll be hard work, but it'll be lovely to have a baby girl here ( I always get boys for some reason!) and I can't wait :clapping:
