Do Ofsted look at the business side of things? Ie income and expenses etc?

The only business paperwork that Ofsted have a right to look at are the Information Sheets as they relate to the children you look after.
Everything else - no way. Your accounts and contracts are your business and if they ask, say no and report them.

Your income and expences are NONE of their business they may and are allowed to ask for evidence that you are registered with nthe Inlland Rev
