Well I finally got the call yesterday. I was expecting her to say she would be calling towards the end of the week, however, she said it would be early next week. She pointed out that if we didn't get it done soon it would be nearly 4 years since my last inspection. As you can imagine I have been waiting for ages now and am keen to get it all over and done with.

She could have come this week as I am actually ready.

Bet you're relieved in a funny kinda way that you have had the call - know that I would be. I had my inspection 3 and a half years ago, and really want it over with now!
Hope that it all goes well next week. Sounds as though you have everything covered.
