Mrs ofsted came this morning and was a really nice woman, we had a chat and a cuppa and she told me all about when my plants would flower and when to plant new bulbs  Wasnt what i was expecting at all. The children slept all the way through the inspection too, half expecting it to be some kinda joke as it all went too smoothly, she didnt even say anything about my wonky safety gate ;) . So all you due to have inspections dont panic cos it may just all go ok :D

Fantastic! My Mrs Ofsted was very nice too and we'd both lived in London so chatted about various places we both know. She didn't look at half the stuff I thought she would. I think it depends on the woman (or man) who comes to you???

Mrs ofsted came this morning and was a really nice woman

Ooooh, what was her name? ((crosses her fingers hoping it's the same lady I get tomorrow morning!!)) :D Could be the same person seen as we're both in Bradford area-ish!

And now in reply to your post, well done you :clapping: Glad it all went well. Maybe they're all in the festive spirit still or nicely refreshed after their break?!?!

She gave me a good in some areas but mainly satisfactory because mindee was sleeping whole time and didnt play so she couldnt observe and ive only been registered since october. But im happy with that :).

The name of the inspector buzy was xxx and my last one was xxx, they were both nice. xxx very serious though not a joking man lol, but he was nice enough. You might get one of those although i think they cover this side of bradford mainly so you never know. :)

WEll done that's fantastic.

Mine was fine as well, they're not all ogres! I just plonked all my paperwork in front of her and it told her most things she needed to know so we chatted and she asked a few questions and watched me and that was it! I think we were both very lucky but just shows not all inspections are as bad as you think they will be.

Ahh shame, my inspector is called xxx. Oh well, fingers crossed she turns out nice anyway. Hopefully my gorgeous little 8-month old daughter will woo her like she did the Early Years team
