Does anybody have a copy of a long term planning doc that they wouldn;t mind sharing with me?

I have come up with various topics/festivals for each month for the children, just checking I am doing it right I guess as i know with the EYFS ofsted are keen on child led activities so just checking how you lovely bunch are doing this.
