Yes, did all mine yesterday along with my long term planning. Just keeping it simple - New Year, Chinese New Year, Winter etc. We have lots of childminder drop ins and toddler groups we attend too so they'll cover a lot.

I use a "spider's web" (sorry that's not the right name) and just put a couple of activities under each area of learning. Is that what you meant?

Yes - that's how I record my theme planning.
Don't do medium term planning. Long term planning is just a month by month list of what I intend to do including themes, festivals, special events etc.
I've only just started getting this down on paper was all in my head before but I think now Ofsted will want to see something written down. I'm keeping it very simple
