The Paul Mc kenna 'i can make you thin' programme thats being advertised? I might give it a go!

I have seen it advertised, when is it on? I NEED to give it a go!

I have the book and CD and its quite good. Im back on Cambridge from tomorrow.

I watched this a few years ago and I managed to loose 1 stone through watching it and learning his thought exercises.

Oh drat, we don't get living tv, only the basic freeview channels.
