Can i ask my ofsted inspector for a variation or do i have to write to them and request one. I wont be going over my numbers just asking for 2 under ones 2 days a week for 8 weeks until one of them turns 1

think you have to write for it with a action plan thing (how you will manage etc)

Say how you will manage 2 children both practically and with resources and equipment :D

If you are due your inspection this week I'd draft the letter and ask the inspector if she could deal with it whilst she's there - you may be lucky :) It's worth a try anyway
