I have my inspection next week and am trying to do my sef online i was in fine last night but cant get on it today it is saying my user id or password is invalid. has anyone else had probs.
think im going to cry i have been trying for 2 hours:panic: :panic: :panic:

I had that and ended up ringing them to send out the original details used to register as a user. If you are certain you are using the right login and password I would try again later as the sef site is notorious for causing probs.

It's a very common problem!

The best advice I can give you is to do a paper version and work through it with the inspector.

Ofsted freeze the site 3 days before coming out - this might be what has happened which means they will be with you by Wednesday
