i dont but do have a risk assessment that just states that the mot is up to date petrol etc
put it as a risk ass /policy type of document stating how your car is safe for use and what you will do eg fill with petrol before minded children attend, etc

My car keeps going sideways!
I do the same as andrea, I also have in mine though that I check the baby seats every morning before use and also after children have got out the card to check no one has undone the belts on them :)

Same here. Mine includes making sure I have drinking water, sun hats in summer/blankets in winter and a charged mobile for emergencies like breaking down or getting stuck for 1 1/2hrs behind an accident on the M6. A girl needs to text her mates in circumstances like those after all

I have done one risk assessment for the car and use it each time we go out.
