In the search box in the top right hand corner, type "poem". They have some nice ones on there. Not sure if they have a celebration one like you wan but it could be worth a try.

Why dont you make/buy an "On our anniversary" card or a first birthday card to celebrate your one year?

Maybe make a cake and do crafts to celebrate the number 1?
